On March 24, 2006, James E. Whitaker was given a
new title of BISHOP. He was consecrated to the office of Bishop
over the “First Jurisdiction of Asia for his work in Japan and the
Philippines” with the Zoe Christian Fellowship Association of Los
Angeles CA (USA). Zoe’s Association Prelate Bishop Frank L.
Stewart, the Japan’s Jurisdictional Presiding Bishop with the COGIN
Bishop Carl Hodges, and the Founding Bishop of All Japan Revival
Mission Inc. Rev Dr. Bishop Akino Takimoto, conducted this
